Ordering & Shipping

Where can I buy a SplitBikes?

All models of SplitBikes are exclusively sold through our website, we do not partner up with any retailer.   

 

How to place an order?

Ordering is simple, we design the process to be secure, quick and responsive.  Select your favorite SplitBikes and click check-out, done.

 

What payment methods are available?

We accept major credit cards through PayPal.  You can also choose to settle through bank wire, in this case, please email us at askme@splitbikes.com and we will work out the detail with you.

 

How much is the shipping fee? 

Shipping is always free, yes, worldwide.  A tracking number will be provided once your bike is shipped.  We will keep you informed about your purchase.

 

What is included in my purchase?

Your handmade SplitBikes, packed with industry standard shipping box and protective material.  Quality is assured.

 

How long will it take to receive my bicycle? 

Our bicycles are handmade in our workshop.  Delivery time varies due to demand.  Generally we ship in about a week.  In the case where your bicycle cannot be shipped within 8 weeks after ordering because of high demand, you can get a full refund if you wish.

 

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is our utmost concern as our customer. We will not sell or disclose your private detail to anyone. That is a promise.

 

Warranty

We are so confident of our frame quality and craftsmanship that our Split Frame comes with a 5 year warranty for the original owner.  Any failure resulting from faulty material or manufacture will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. The components on our bicycles are warranted by their respective manufacturers.  

This limited warranty is void if the bicycle is subjected to abuse, neglect, improper repair, improper maintenance, alteration, modification, an accident or other abnormal, excessive, or improper use.


Return and Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, SplitBikes will give you a refund so you can buy now and worry later.  You need to let us know within 14 days.
